At Remint Kids, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Returned in the original packaging (where applicable).

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.

How to Return Your Order

• Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

• Returns and exchanges are also available in-store. Customers may choose to return or exchange items directly through our store location, following the same return conditions outlined in this policy.

Package Inspection Upon Delivery

We allow customers to examine their order upon delivery. You may open the package in the presence of the courier to ensure everything is correct.

• If you decide to return the order immediately, you can hand it back to the courier at no extra return handling fee.
• However, the initial shipping fee is non-refundable and must still be paid.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we take full responsibility. In such cases:

• We will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
• You won’t need to cover return shipping for defective items.
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account if you paid with your card.
